At 130 meters above the sea level, in ssummer there is an agreeable breeze that is a bless for the olive tree grove and their olives. Going down to the valley, whose slopes are covered in native forest, there is the lower part, at the banks of a seasonal stream. In this small seasonal floodplain, the soil is rich, umid and humic, blending different notes into the Vale do Pais Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.
