By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Terms. Payment for all purchases must be made in full at the time of order.
   
2. Return and Refund Policy. Return and Refund Policy. Customers purchasing our products online or at a distance have a statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. If you exercise this right, the product must be returned unopened and in its original condition. Return courier costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer, provided these costs were clearly disclosed before purchase. This right does not apply after the product has been opened. All products are covered by the EU 2‑year legal guarantee for defects that were present at the time of delivery. Natural deterioration occurring after the best‑before date does not constitute a defect. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. In cases of defective or non‑conforming goods, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by Vale do Pais Farm.
   
3. Fraud Prevention. Vale do Pais Farm reserves the right to cancel any transaction if fraud is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of stolen credit cards or providing false information.
   
4. Verification Requirements. Customers are required to provide valid identification and contact information for verification purposes. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the cancellation of the order.
   
5. Refund Policy. In the event of a refund, the customer must first attempt to resolve the dispute with Vale do Pais Farm before initiating any refund procedure with their payment provider, as required by law.
   
6. Warranty and Liability. Our products include a 30‑day commercial warranty that applies in addition to your statutory EU legal guarantee rights. The EU legal guarantee covers defects present at the time of delivery for up to 2 years. This guarantee does not apply to natural aging or deterioration after the product’s best‑before date. Vale do Pais Farm is not liable for issues arising from improper storage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications of the product. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product where permitted by law.
   
7. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be resolved through the Courts in Portugal. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal action.
   
8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any legal actions must be brought in the courts of Portugal.
   
9. Non-Disparagement. Customers agree not to make false or misleading statements about Vale do Pais Farm or its products. Any breach of this clause may result in legal action, provided such clause does not limit lawful consumer rights to express legitimate opinions.
   
10. Confidentiality. Customers agree to keep any sensitive information related to their purchase confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing, product details, and personal information, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the exercise of consumer rights.

These terms and conditions are in the English language. If these terms and conditions are translated into any language other than English, the English language text shall prevail in the event of a conflict between the English version and the translated version.
